Great concept, but the app is extremely buggy. Can’t view my billing or account info.

It’s insane that this app is so slow. I could probably be seen faster in a just urgent care than the time it takes to go through this dang app.

Horrible experience with bad UI and services. Prescription took many days until it was received by my pharmacy. The app also takes forever load.

Is app fails to rotate when the device is Horizontal and Vertical seems like it was not tested properly.
Also Apple Health integration is lacking BP measures doesn’t report to Apple Health. The app needs to be more flexible to read the more common measurement from Apple Health as well. It imports steps but not workouts, sleep, heart rate, weight, BP for users that use other devices while traveling like Withings BP devices.
Its not very beneficial to use so I don’t even want to open it on a regular basis. For it to be an Health app it’s lacking a lot of features. Heck, it should even be able to even track Medications and Water intake.

Dr. Wise was knowledgable, thorough, and had a lovely bedside manor.

The customer service agent, Letitia was a HUGE help. I wouldn’t have been able to do what I needed to do on the site without her expert assistance, extreme patience, overall professionalism, and understanding. I was on the phone with her for some time while she stayed on the phone and walked me through doing things on the portal. She was the best absolute in terms of customer service.
The first Teladoc doctor I spoke with a week ago was not helpful. However, Dr. Felix out of TN that I spoke to today was so helpful and knowledgeable. I was so pleased to get the advice and help I needed.

I’m never doing this again delete all my personal information from your site. I’m pretty sure the doctor was AI talking to me. I have no way to verify who this doctor is or what they’re telling me is legit. I’ve been sick for 5 days but can’t get an antibiotic until I hit a week?! Ok well everywhere else will prescribe me one I guess I just have to do the one thing this app can’t do which is go in person…

Don’t use them for Primary Care! They will call you multiple times and message you multiple times trying to get vital signs that they should have gotten during the visit. They’ll also call you and message you multiple times about scheduling specialist appointments. My previous in-person primary care doctor never did this. Teladoc loves to harass their patients with multiple phone calls and messages. I ended up having to block them and switched back to my in-person primary care doctor, they were that bad!
