The closed captioning for the hearing impaired will only play in Spanish.
We don’t speak it, read it, or understand it.
That makes your platform useless and valueless.
Tried reaching out to customer service for assistance and they literally kept asking me to answer the same question. “Please describe your issue”.
I did. It’s not a complicated statement.
If you can’t understand simple words you shouldn’t be in the field of online customer service.

Why can’t I get the app to open?

I can watch shows perfectly fine but the amount of ads each episode I crazy to me on tv not many ads I don’t know what it is but they need to fix it this is unacceptable

I was watching something and then once that episode finished, I wanted to watch the second episode, but it said that it was unable to load and that I wasn’t connected, but I was connected to the Internet and I don’t know why, but it won’t let me watch the second episode!!!

Too many “free” ads. Might as well pay for Amazon and whatever rip off there

Can’t say enough of how much I enjoy this streaming channel.
The variety of shows is incredible. Something for everyone. Especially the Ghost Hunters channel.

The app keeps on crashing each time I open it and won’t allow me to watch anything on it, it always says “oops something went wrong”

I really like this app because it has such a good selection of titles, ones that I haven't seen on other free streaming platforms. However, I have just one thing that is keeping me from giving this all 5 stars. I would really love a picture-in-picture feature. I like watching shows or movies while working but sometimes I have to use my phone while working and since FreeVee has no picture-in-picture feature, I can't watch a show/movie that's on FreeVee. I'm hoping to see this update in the future!
