Great Product, needs a little fixing of UI/UX design

This is a functional product which really helps with workflow for anyone who drives long distances and needs to map the most efficient routes between multiple stops. For the most part the app is easy to use, but there’s a few places where the app gets stuck and could use better design. For example adding and removing stops after already creating a route. And some of the flip down menus get stuck as your trying to navigate between the overall route and the stop. I also had some issues getting the app to pull up my route to see the next stop when driving in areas with bad cell reception. Unlike map apps which have a good amount of memory and can work in a limited way when offline if you already loaded a route, this app won’t even show your stop list if you don’t have good cell service. Finally I found it difficult to figure out how to set a preference for which map app to open for each stop. The first time I used the app it asked me if I wanted to navigate to the first stop using apple or google maps. I use both depending on individual locations and needs, but tend to prefer apple maps. After choosing apple maps for the first few stops the app eventually just opened the stops in google maps as a default without providing a choice. Great app, but needs a bit of refining.

In our recent release, we added the ability to open the app without internet, addressing one of your concerns. We also simplified the process of adding stops, which can now be done directly from the route settings menu. Your suggestions are very valuable to us, and we are continuously working on improving the app.
