Cant even login

I have:
- chatted online
- called
- emailed
And wasted 3 hours in the span of 3 weeks.
Resolution are always:
- change password
- delete and reinstall app
Yet, it is the same login issue that tells me it “failed displaying my account and please wait a few minutes”.
Im quite sure the problem is with the app. I cant login, and arent allowed to create a new account. Somehow desktop webpage login works fine.
To be fair, the other stuff works fine, but if i can’t login, then stop prompting me to login.
Feedback on customer service:
The chat is the worse, absolute clueless and took them 1.5 hrs to acknowledge app issue. The phone call itself is slightly professional than the chat, but you can tell he cant wait to end the call. Both said they will get escalate and get back to me, but I heard nothing since to date. Not even a progress update.

Locked out

I was just trying to sign in to recharge my account and it locked me out saying I entered the wrong one time code. Why do you force me to have two factored authentication making this so difficult?

I’m not a robot

I’m not sure why recharges can’t be completed within the app itself. I have it on autorecharge but I sometimes I use more than the quota and then it’s a pain in the neck to recharge. The app redirects to the website where I’m asked for my phone number and I’m then given a challenge to prove I’m not a robot (which I frequently fail because the squares containing motorbikes or cars or whatever are tiny). After the recharge is complete there’s a notice to “download the app”, even though I’m in the app. It’s time consuming and confusing and unnecessarily so. Surely a telecommunications app should be able to remember me and provide me with quick recharge options.

Good service / Terrible Payment System

The quality of the actual service is great!
The payment app is confusing, unclear, complicated and hard to work through.

Does not work to activate a service!!!

After filling all the information and verifications, it says “something went wrong”
App and phone are up to date and still tried all the troubleshooting. Still crappy app!!!

App not showing usage

It’s not showing usage not sure why. I have boost physical sim and had mobile data on and wifi off.
