I started using this app June 2023 and stopped May 2024.
Fitness Program: This is the app’s strength. Creating exercise routines that fit personal goals was always strong, even when the daily workouts would repeat the same 5 exercises multiple times in one session.
The App: the app was always buggy and required uninstall/reinstall multiple times—usually every time the developer pushed out an update. I was willing to live with the reduced functionality while paying the $59.99 subscription fee, over time for the strength of the fitness program. BUT, in May 2024, the developer (Welltech Apps) introduced an update that rendered the app unusable for iPhones unable to upgrade to the 16.4 OS (My OS is 15.8). Go ahead and read all the most recent reviews on the App Store. A lot of us got screwed.
Customer Support: it took 4 emails to customer support and finally a bad app review to get their attention. Customer Support refuses to own accountability for this mess or make good on refunding the functionality I paid for.
Contacted customer support twice and still no response. My guess is there are plenty of people locked out right now.

The workouts are excellent. The mix of exercises is really good. But the App is buggy. You finish whole day workouts and it doesn’t mark them as completed.

Look at how old the reviews are, my app has locked up, and they won’t give me a refund. Scam, scam, scam. Shame on you.
Issue since November.

Since upgrade I have not been able to access my account. I have emailed support several times and have only received automated response. I have asked for cancellation. So sad since i enjoyed the app while available.

App is a scam, asking to update, the in app goes to open and back to update. Haven’t been able to use fro weeks now.

I’ve been working out for 3 years and found myself hitting a plateau, so I decided to change things up and use a fitness app for the first time. Although I learned a few new exercises, I am extremely disappointed in the interface. The app doesn’t track cardio workouts such as treadmill, bike ect.. It will not allow you to plan out your week in advance, forcing you to choose which exercise you do that day at that time. The app doesn’t save the exercises you choose if you don’t hit “Begin workout” immediately after choosing them. It defaults back to the suggested workout causing you to start all over again. Not user friendly, I’m extremely disappointed

After I bought a membership I tried to access my account and app said that it sent to me a code to my mail for a code.but when I checked there was nothing. I contacted to help desk of the app but they didn’t replied my mails. I paid 60 dollar for a year. Give my money back !
