It doesn’t not send verification to email. I changed email and tried again. When I changed to Android, it send verification email to both emails with the same code. Obviously I can’t verify both emails with the same code coz it expires after verifying one. Now it’s soft locked as you cannot go back or proceed from this page even if you delete app or switch devices 👏

Everyone is complaining that Hinge removed the Call and FaceTime Feature! Bring it back!

I’m honestly a little shocked right now. I have been using Hinge for around three years now with mostly positive experiences. I have met a few great people and have honestly had some amazing dates.
Around a month ago, I matched with a girl who had in her bio Conservative. I am a liberal, but we also had a lot of other stuff in common and so I ended up matching with her anyways and we went on a couple of dates that went really well. During one of these dates, we followed each other on Instagram.
Then, last week I shared a “Ceasefire Now” post on Instagram that was widely circulated. At this point, we were still texting constantly and had multiple future dates planned which she seemed enthusiastic about. However, shortly after viewing my story the girl promptly ended things with me saying she did not think we were compatible because of politics (for reference I am Jewish and didn’t post anything inflammatory, I just want a ceasefire). I did not try and argue with her and simply wished her the best.
Then, a few hours later when I checked hinge she had unmatched me. A few days later and I am now banned from the app. I have not had any other negative reactions in hinge and so I can fairly assume she was the one who reported me on the app.
I don’t know what she claimed in her report but I have read through the guidelines and I have not broken any rules. The fact that a simple allegation of the sort without actual evidence was enough to have me banned from hinge is frankly discriminatory.
This app needs to implement a better review process before banning. People lie. And believing any accusation without investigation is frankly shameful.

DO NOT DOWNLOAD. Lots of guys pretending to be girls, moderators hiding as women in this app. Absolutely sketchy. Please use tinder instead and save yourself the trouble.

You’ve banned my account for absolutely no reason. I’ve been banned for just not using the app so often. How am I supposed to find someone if you think I’ve quote on quote violated your terms and conditions this is crazy. This app doesn’t work and will think you are some sort of scammer trying to do some shady stuff when in fact I haven’t done anything to activate a permanent ban

You start with limited likes and roses. Gotta pay for anything more. The app finds your type and only lets you like them with a rose which is significantly more expensive than a like.

Aside from the fact hinge hides literally any man you want to talk to behind a paywall, my likes and potential matches are now about 75% men who are looking for ENM.
