Tried WhatsApp I got the runaround from their bot until finally was queued to get an agent. But after an hour of waiting my ticket was closed due to inactivity. I tried contacting again and no response. Then tried contacting via messenger and nobody is replying there either.

User friendly and quick and easy! However the flight presented some issues. Insufficient bathroom facilities configuration on board in Business. We flew business class. Only one bathroom in the business cabin and it was constantly full. Passengers stayed inside for great lengths of time. That is different if there were more than one bathroom in the cabin. Business class restroom never appeared to have been cleaned or tidied up. It was very unsanitary. Coach class bathrooms same but much worse.
