Rule 1 if it doesn’t work on my ipdad and only my phone it’s not worth using.

I had no problem completing the tasks I wanted to get done. It was easy.

Tried to load My Spectrum App based on advice from one of your Associates. Attempted but message flash said OS 15 or higher was needed and to download an earlier version.
Did that but when I went to open it message flash said I need to upgrade.
Seems like I’m in a do loop.

I don’t what happened, but I haven’t able to use this app in over a month. When I login now it tells me I have “standard access” and I have to be the primary or admin to use the features. I am the Primary. I’m the Only User. If I click on services it wants to verify my identity but the drop down selection which says “Select one”, which I assume is supposed to give you either an email or text verification option doesn’t have anything but “Select One”. If I hit support, there’s a blue “loading” type circle that goes around but it doesn’t do anything but that. I’ve deleted this app twice now and tried to get it to work but it just does not work. Guess I’m going to delete it again and just go back to using the website to access my account where I am the primary.

I have been using this app for three years now. Last month, I don’t logged onto the app to pay my bill. My app was not working properly, I therefore called the toll-free number. Only to discover it was a scam and I was scammed on two of my accounts because of this, horrible very upset customer!!!!!!

I believe we have each two acts under network there is a network that Michelle Lynn Willard set up under my name same thing with my mom she has two accts

I love it so far. It’s one of the easiest setups and the connection is amazing!

Please stop increasing price so often - I don’t have any movie channels yet I’m paying $165.00 which is crazy. Do better please.

This app doesn’t give you control of your wifi advance settings!
All it does is advertise new plans and purchases!
Please keep it simple!

Customer service representatives are HORRIBLE. Under qualified. No one knows what they’re doing. Everyone just transfer and hangs up. This is the first hate review I ever wrote. Congrats 💋
