I was charged almost $50 the same night I just opted for the 1 week free subscription. Still don’t know if I will be refunded and it didn’t even work for me.

basically every sound is locked behind paywalls or subscriptions. unbelievably irritating and upsetting

I really thought that you wouldn’t have to pay, but boy i was wrong!

I have had this app for years now, and its abilities never fail to impress. The app is by far the easiest to use, with a range of multiple sounds to choose from. However, I will never pay to hear the sounds that I make when I sleep. I understand that some people might find this useful for medical problems at night but I am not going to spend a sum amount of money just to hear if I snore or not. Likewise, I am not going to pay the app to hear radio scanner or maple leaf forest. These might sound cool, but for the price it is just not worth it. The only feature I would consider paying for would be the brainwaves and the different versions of white noise. However, I could easily go into a YouTube application and search up those noises FOR FREE. I understand the company is trying to make money off of its popular app, but just know I don’t think I will be paying for any ability unless something VERY useful comes into play. Another thing I would consider paying for is my sleep score. I would like to have a nice track of HOW I sleep, because if I was trying to start a sleep schedule, I can see how my sleeping has gotten better over a certain period of time. There was one feature that I thought was really cool that was free. Your chronotype. Now, I’m not huge into astrology, but I think this is pretty fascinating. Just take a survey and see what animal you correlate to while seeing what is your ideal time for sleep draws me in. Not mentioning this feature is free! If you would make more features free for us customers, it would give more abilities for the ones who can afford it. Don’t take in all the bad things a hateful speech, take it in as something to add or make better to the app. Thank you 🙏

Yesterday I downloaded this app since I have poor sleep hygiene. And I wanted to try and improve it. And I can say it helped.

App is pretty good. I like how some music and some sounds are still available even though you’re not premium, but I don’t know if you’re not premium how good the tracker is.

If you were curious if this was an app that helped you sleep with out paying first your wrong.
They only give you a free trial if you subscribe and then in 7 days they charge you for three months.
Maybe try giving at least a day or two free with no catch , no sign up ,no payment . Not try to build a subscription based income off of 70% of people forgetting to cancel the subscription and than jus spamming ads to fix your subscription churn rate. They make more money from you forgetting that you have the subscription than actually using it and enjoying it to the point where you don’t mind paying for it.
