OTP is not working properly

One of the worst apps to exist. Many riders in Kandy call and ask for directions multiple times. They say they can’t open the maps or their phone battery will die if they follow maps. Many ask for some extra money. Many decline card payments. Food orders get messed up a lot and they only refund PickMe points which can’t be used for your next order due to bug issues in the app. Customer support hotlines just make you hold the line and just ignore you. Horrible service.

There're a discounts and promotions that I should be able to apply but whenever I try to, it doesn't let me. Stop advertising things if you're not going to let the customers use them! Fix your app!

The worst app to ever exist. This is the 5-6th time I’ve had to call PICKME to get a rider assigned for the food order. If you cannot have a streamlined automated system, discountinue the service or hire better people to fake your “automated system” !

It says session is expired and asks to login no way of logging in as well reinstalled thr app didnt work pickme has been acting up for some time now. Please fix these issues

Ponda app

Some weird policy in the company is making these drivers prefer cash transactions and be abusive against passengers preferring to pay by card.
Some drivers refused to pick you up if the trip is to be paid by card. Some drop you halfway and leave you stranded on return trips.
Be prepared to be inconvenienced if you pay by card.
Pickme should remove the card payment option if they can't guarantee same quality of service for their customers who pay by card.
