This provider excels compared to all others in terms of price and flexibility and is a good choice! The only issue is when making international calls, the recipient is always presented with the wrong caller ID probably because the call is re-routed causing the caller ID to get lost/changed. This causes recipients to mistakenly assume the call is spam and not pick up or reject the call. This needs to be fixed! International roaming is great but the rates are not competitive. It would also be good to introduce texting via the app, and brush up a little on its overall visual appearance (e.g. dark mode).

Does not show much information

The app does not anything when making any of the selections under “My Account”. Also, nothing comes up when selecting “Plans” and “International Calling”. This is on version 4.5.62, a very recent update to the app.

One issue - There’s no back button on the dial pad.

Everything was working great until I made a mistake and misdialed a phone number.
That’s when I noticed, there was no (back) key to correct my mistake. It was there before but now it’s gone. Any chance of getting that fixed soon? Thanks.

Feature request: add “schedule new plan”

Increasing or decreasing a tello plan right now requires you to cancel and start the new one the same day. Adding schedule new plan will allow users to plan on the next billing cycle a different plan.
