    The application is simple. It gives you a 30 days plan to perform on daily basis with specific set of exercises. As you go along with the days, you will see the improvement in your fitness. The body will start to get in shape and you will start improving on your stamina and strength.
    30/28 Day Workout Plan:
    This plan includes Workouts to do from Day 1 to Day 30. All the exercises in this plan are detailed in the form of Animation. Also more help is added as YouTube tutorial to help you perform the exercises accurately. All you need is to perform the exercises as per given plan.
    Here is the list of Days and Workouts required from day 1 to Day 30:
    • Day 1 consists of 11 warm up Workouts featuring Jumping Jacks, Variants of Push Ups, and Stretch exercises to help your body get started with the routine
    • Day 2 consists of 15 Workouts including Crunches, Russian Twist, Mountain Climbers Heel Touch, Leg Raises, Planks, and Stretching exercises
    • Day 3 features 17 workouts featuring Arm Raise, Rhomboid Pulls, Pushup, Inchworms, Stretching, Scissors, Cow Pose, Squeeze and Child Pose exercises
    • Considering the heavy workouts at Day 3, Day 4 lightens up the workout load and consists on 11 workouts. These include jumping jacks, Push Ups, and Stretching exercises.
    • Featuring 16 workouts, Day 5 brings your body to a tough challenge featuring Russian Twist, Leg Raise, Butt Bridge, Crunches, V-UP, Push Up and rotation exercises with full strength repetitions.
    • Day 6 has 17 workouts, with Arm Scissor, Rhomboid Pulls, Triceps’ Kickbacks, Push Up, Stretches, Arm Raise, Cow Pose, and Squeezing exercises.
    • Day 7 has again limited set of exercises to lessen the burden. These include 12 workouts including Jumping Jack, Push Up, and Stretching Exercises
    • Day 8 to Day 11 includes the variation stretching, Push Up, Leg Raise, Wide Arm, and Squeezing exercises.
    • Along with old exercises, Day 12 introduces you with some new workouts featuring Hyperextension, triceps Dips, Swimmer and Superman exercises.
    • Until Day 18, you will be repeating same exercises from Day 1 to Day 17 with different number of repetitions and variations mentioned in plan.
    • On Day 18, again new exercises will be added to plan that include Reverse Snow Angles, Supine Push Ups, Hover Pushups, and Pike Pushups.
    • From Day 19 to 30, it is again same exercises but with different combinations and repetitions to motivate your body to go next level of fitness.
    Note: These exercises do not require any equipment. You can simply find a place and start doing this 30 day workout plan to get in routine of motivating your body to fittest level.
    Diet Plan:
    The application along with 30 Day workout plan includes three different types of diet plans. Following is the type of diet plans included in this app:

    • 7 Day Gym Diet Plan
    • 7 Day Weight Gain Diet Plan
