I had a collection from 2021 that I paid hundreds for and was pretty happy about. I don’t use Veve regularly but I do sign in every now and then. I signed in a few months ago and noticed that my collectibles were missing. Many people said to update the app and it should be fine. So I updated the app assuming things would be fine. My fault for noticing so late but I signed in today to find my entire collection still missing. I have 2FA and this account is verified. No one should’ve been able to access this account. I had to submit a ticket to Veve to see what happened to my collectibles but I doubt they’ll give a helpful response. This is honestly scary and makes me not trust this platform.

On their social media they made false promises. Once getting into the app you’re at your own risk. Once you put gems in you can not get them out unless you have a minimum $500 in gems. If you’re inactive they will delete your account and take your collectibles. You do not truly own them like you claim. You can only play with them in app and they can not leave the app. I beg you to please DYOR as this app is not as it seems. They can take your collectibles at any time for any reason no matter how much money you spent on them. Be careful!

Make sure you do your research on this company. You can’t cash out unless you have $500 gems. They can take your collectibles from you any time for any reason. Just make sure you read the TOS very carefully.

This shameful company should never have gone into business. They are digital 3D images that you only rent, you do not own anything you buy on this app, Yes you heard that correct you do not own anything.
In 2022 they massively benefited from stolen credit cards that they knew of! To massively inflate the value of all these items. None of this junk is worth what users are listing in the secondary market. The platform itself is filled with the first round of victim users that bought very high priced items in the thousands or ten thousands of dollars! They are desperately waiting for new victims to offload their high bought items and finally exit the app.
If you are a parent reading this, please be aware that the woke Disney company is partnered with them. They make it no secret about it when they release an item with “666” editions- yes they’re that bold because the company is literally founded under satanic founders. This is no place for a child to wander around, many creepy old men and women wanting your child to become part of their cult.
Please do your research about this company, many are trying to escape with break even funds, please value your hard earned money and forget you even saw this app being promoted from them. They are a scam of company!
