I’ve tried three times to make MyChart work in the Providence App with no luck. The number I’m given to call also doesn’t work. I’m going to delete and stick with the MyChart app itself.

I am new to the area and the facility.

App shows tests results from 2020 and wants me to act on it, this is an issue.

This visit was by far the best ER visit I have ever had from the time I walked in until the time I left. I was in and out within an hour, with treatment for a broken foot. Dr Heflich, the technician and actually all of the staff were incredible; professional, understanding and quick in doing their part! Wish I could receive all of my medical care in this facility/from this staff
