App didn’t recognise my original password so I had to reset it. Then after trying to log in with my updated password I was prompted to reset my 15 second old password because Ticketmaster insists on users resetting their passwords periodically. Get a grip, Ticketmaster.

Your limited service is appalling and you have no consideration for our elderly members of the community who do not have access to smart phones nor do you offer options to accommodate them. Shame on you !!

Breach of trust in loading personal information of your customers to an unauthorised third party.

Is my personal information currently for sale in the dark web? Have you been breached? Why won’t you make a statement to your customers?

Worst mistake upgrading to new app. Screen freezes when trying to view tickets or even move from one page to the next. Can’t even click on the HELP button. Always end up logging in on the web rather than the app. Should never have changed it.

Updated to the latest version of this app as instructed & it is a problem ! I couldn’t open any of my purchased tickets or transfer them. Purchase was on the screen but bar code couldn’t be seen or ticket opened. 3 times in the last month I have had to go to the Box office to have tickets printed. Box office staff have no idea why .The old version was fine but judging by the queue of people printing tix at the box office there are plenty of others experiencing the same problem .
