Where’s the UK events? By stezza666 Why aren’t UK events listed. I have bought UK tickets on line and can’t access them through the app. Why is the UK missing from the countries you can select?? |

Forced password resets By Bizurke83 App didn’t recognise my original password so I had to reset it. Then after trying to log in with my updated password I was prompted to reset my 15 second old password because Ticketmaster insists on users resetting their passwords periodically. Get a grip, Ticketmaster. |

TOP | Don’t upgrade to new app version Worst mistake upgrading to new app. Screen freezes when trying to view tickets or even move from one page to the next. Can’t even click on the HELP button. Always end up logging in on the web rather than the app. Should never have changed it. |
