it’s not even letting me log in, it keeps timing out. simply don’t know why you migrated to a new app.

App freezes every time I go into the “My Events” tab. Have tried re-loading app but no success

Why aren’t UK events listed. I have bought UK tickets on line and can’t access them through the app. Why is the UK missing from the countries you can select??

Took over 1hr to get tickets even though I was-in at 1201pm
Then said there was nothing even though main oage said availability
Now , ridulous .
Even as a early bird ticket release person, had the same trouble
Sort your site out as I Amy of gotten thickeners but they were only the few left with obstructed view

App didn’t recognise my original password so I had to reset it. Then after trying to log in with my updated password I was prompted to reset my 15 second old password because Ticketmaster insists on users resetting their passwords periodically. Get a grip, Ticketmaster.

Your limited service is appalling and you have no consideration for our elderly members of the community who do not have access to smart phones nor do you offer options to accommodate them. Shame on you !!

Breach of trust in loading personal information of your customers to an unauthorised third party.

Is my personal information currently for sale in the dark web? Have you been breached? Why won’t you make a statement to your customers?

Worst mistake upgrading to new app. Screen freezes when trying to view tickets or even move from one page to the next. Can’t even click on the HELP button. Always end up logging in on the web rather than the app. Should never have changed it.
