Added support for locks that aren't operated by USACE in order to provide contact information/hours/etc. for other locks. The first lock added is Tenney Lock near Madison, WI. If anyone has other locks that they would like to see added, don't hesitate to email the developer using the "Email Andrew" link in the info. Tap the info button on the first screen to find that link!
