The app as a whole is very easy to use. Although, I have a few problems with the app. 1. The payment wait times which said 3-7 business days is untrue, in fact I’ve been waiting for my payments well over that statement. Then on top of that, you have to wait another 3-7 days for it to transfer to your bank after you waited the first time just for it to be “available for transfer” aka clicking a button. IVE BEEN WAITING A RIDICULOUS AMOUNT OF TIME FOR MY MONEY WHICH MAKES THIS SEEMINGLY CONVENIENT APP ACTUALLY VERY INCONVENIENT. 2. The app was updated recently which I saw was for improved wait times, LIES. The new wait time is “14-21 working days” ARE YOU SERIOUS?? What update was really made? 3. Don’t bother sending emails in hope for some help with these problems, THEY DONT RESPOND, they create a pointless ticket.
VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS APP. I WANT MY MONEY, THE OWNERS OF THIS APP RECEIVE PART OF OUE PAYMENTS AND I DOUBT THEY WAIT AS LONG AS THEIR USERS.

If you already have money also make sure you have attorney ready for when these phony apps pop up. I’ve had this app for about a year but just recently started using it for digital content creation as of last week. I started making little over 50 dollars within few days and they said the moment I made my first sale it would be “3-7 working days”. Load and behold the goal post most from that to “14 to 21 working days”. This is a scam they already have high service fee don’t use. And seek legal advice because this is a class action in the making 😂

This app was great at first. Things went smoothly. Then the ability of the staff really showed. They claim to have encountered an “unexpected bug” and have been updating the app for over a month, meaning nobody has access to their earnings. Some people waiting over a month just to receive they’re hard-earned money.
They finally sent out an email stating to update the app to fix the bug; then we should be able to cash out. Finally, the update comes and we all update the app, ready to receive our payments we’ve waiting weeks for, ONLY TO SEE we have to wait 14-21 MORE DAYS to even cash out.
It shows the ignorance of the staff here. Things like this NEVER happen with other transaction apps like cash app, or Venmo. This is because they are actually prepared for things like this to happen and they understand you can’t trick people out of their money.
It’s irresponsibility on unlockts end. They should have been more prepared and should’ve done better. Now most of their good clientele won’t use them ever again; including me. And I wouldn’t be suprised if they received any lawsuits and legal action against them from holding people from their money.
Honestly; this is just an annoyance and I wouldn’t recommend this app to anyone knowing what kind of people are running it from behind the scenes.

UPDATE: I’m disappointed. The update is finished and I was expecting to finally cash out more than $700 of my pending funds that have been pending for more than half a month. I was only able to cash out less than half of it, and turns out that now there’s an increase in the waiting time for cashing out, from 1-5 days to every 15 days! The way you handled this “update” was very deficient and misleading. First, you should inform your clients before starting an update that will significantly affect their business. Second, why tell your clients that this update will make the app “even better” when the cashing out capabilities are significantly delayed and reduced? Now we’re supposed to wait half a month to cash out every $20 we get individually from each sale? This app used to work just fine when you had the option to cash out quickly and when individual transactions were shown in a list on the app. I’m disappointed big time. This wasn’t an upgrade, it was a downgrade. Will be looking forward to replace this service ASAP if these changes are made permanent and I would recommend anyone reading this to also consider switching to another platform.

They let you get your money a couple of times . You contact support they said it will be available. Does become available and then they don’t respond to you. I threaten to report. Them the next day I can’t get into the app at .

Absolutely loved this app for the past year or so. Until recently. About a month ago I was waiting to pull out money for a vet bill and after the 3-7 days had past my money was still not Available so I emailed. I was told there was an update and payments were delayed 7-12 days. At this point I had almost 300$ sitting waiting to be taken out. After 14 days my money was STILL not Available. So I emailed again. To be told there’s an update with the company they work with for payments and payments would be available again July 17th. The 17th came and STILL no available funds. So I again emailed. They then proceeded to say the updates will be done in 24h tops. It’s now currently the 19th AND STILL no funds. At this point I give up and if I get my money I get it and if I don’t I don’t. But I will not be using this app from here on out.

I have continually been contacting them asking why I haven’t been able to get my money to be available and they keep saying their updating and doing all these things to the app just making all of us wait like it’s ok it’s beyond ridiculous and upsetting that it’s taking me over a month for any of my money to be available like no other app takes this long for an update don’t get this app!!!!

I made $400 on this app and I still have not received my money it has been stuck in a pending phase and everytime I contact them they say “there is a bug issue that they are fixing and it will be fixed this week we’ll, where is my money. I actually am thinking about suiting up for this app if I don’t receive my $400!

I'm telling you from now on, please don't use this platform or download it. They have more than three weeks with the money overdue, supposedly with an update. This platform has many thousands of dollars. Many people complain on their official website and what they do is that Apple blocks them. Please make a decision with this application. Take the one out of the market so that they don't keep scamming.
