Never got what I paid for By hsum xnku I pad for a monthly subscription but I could never do anything but use it in free mode. I tried signing out and then back in and I also tried removing and reinstalling the app but when I would try to sign back in I would receive a message saying that another user with the same email has a subscription ? Also there is no way to reach tech support . |

Subscription Doesn’t Carry Over By Davis Lane You.com offers a great service. Instant access to all the premium models at a fraction of the cost. The iOS app is a disappointment though. Why? I have a You Pro subscription on the desktop/web app. When I log into the iOS app with my email, it says I’m on the free plan and locks premium features. Will update to five stars when this is fixed. |

How can the app be so buggy? By QwertyKeys42 (This review has been deleted) I have noticed two main issues with the system. The first problem is that it frequently loses its connection, and the second issue is that it intermittently fails to copy content. However, the web interface has become more dependable now. |

Non existent customer service. By Blashie I'm extremely disappointed with the lack of support. I've paid for a subscription that I never received. This is a huge issue and not like something I've ever experienced from an app. |
