Fun app!

Was logged off. Can’t find my email and forces me to create new account. I bought lifetime membership so feel like I was scammed out of it.

So I’ve had the Note Widget app for about two years and when I originally got it, I paid for the lifetime premium where it was a one time purchase for all the tools. Suddenly a couple weeks ago I noticed my widget was completely blank and when I clicked on it wouldn’t take me to the app. I opened the app to find that I’m logged out, and when I tried to log in it could not find my email. I clicked signed in with Apple ID and it prompted me to create a new account. Once I did I clicked restore purchases and it says that my lifetime purchase was created on a different account (it then provided me with an account number of said account) yet when I tried to log in with the email on that account it says it wasn’t found and may have been deleted. There’s no way it could be another email because I tried them all. The fact that there’s no option to repurchase my lifetime subscription shows me they’re trying to scam users out of their money. If you also bought a lifetime premium membership I would beware.

When I first got the app I never had to make a account when I signed up i only needed the code . there was a lot of drawings that are special to me and to log me out without no prior notice. It’s really upsetting that this has happened. This is not fair at all. I’m on the verge of tears those drawings are really close to me.

The app crashed at some point and when I tried to sign back in I couldn’t. I used Apple ID, so there wasn’t any password saved for it really. If I sign in with Apple ID, it just creates a new account. Now all of my drawings with my partner are gone on my end, I can’t get back in and don’t have a way to! Otherwise I liked the app minus the ads and how it makes my phone burn up.

pretty awesome app except it logged me out and i can’t see my drawings anymore, my partner still can tho

Account was with Apple ID, it is now gone suddenly

Its a very adorable phone app, could use more social media attention and thats why its 3 star. I will change once I see persistent updates as a new user

i have lost all my sentimental art😢 i always logged in with apple id and now it says nothing is there! what do i do?
