I acquired a sensor, and they made three attempts to collect 99.99 from my account. The first collection was authorized by my bank, but subsequent attempts were made on the same day at the same time. Despite canceling a subscription that I did not sign up for, I have not received a refund from them. This lack of transparency and unethical behavior is reprehensible. Despite reaching out via email, no response was received from the company. If I could I would give them zero star.

APP STEALS MONEY OFF THE BAT

As soon as you receive device thinking you’re paying $20 they rip you with $99 for a subscription automatically even if you don’t ask for it.

Refund

I’m trying to get a refund on something I never used. They’re charging me $102.94 or something. I don’t even use. I canceled the subscription one week after I received the product and I’ve never used it but I got a bill today, I need someone to call me back or give me a phone number to customer service so I can talk to a real live person

I’m tired of having to recalibrate every time I open the app. I do use it to track maintenance and I do travel frequently for my medically complex child. It has been helpful to be able to text my mechanic when the check engine has come on but $99/yr is steep for this mama but there is no other option if I want the codes or to track maintenance.

Hello, FIXD scans your vehicle and shows codes even without the optional Premium subscription.
As for re-calibration, I have some good news there. If your vehicle is a 2019 or newer we will be moving to direct odometer capture soon, no more calibration! For older vehicles the need to calibrate stems from clearing the check engine light, every time you run a clear command the mileage offset has to re-applied for automated tracking to work.

THEY STEAL MONEY

The device itself is a good tool for people who do not know much about their cars. But this company stole $100 from me when I bought the app claiming I bought a premium subscription that I NEVER received anything for. And they refuse to give me my money back after I told them I did not purchase or receive anything. If their system says I bought it then they MESSED UP because I did not purchase a single thing other than the device. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

Horrible customer service

It’s hard for them to go off script even when you tell them
You’ve done all the trouble shooting. Fir a whole year i was having an issue. I’d email them and they wouldn’t answer my question. I had been using the product about 2 years prior with no issue. When i finally needed help they wouldn’t answer or offer to send another one of their plastic devices when it was obvious the sensor was no longer working

Expensive and sneaky

The app is fine however after a while they just upgraded you to premium without notice and charge $99.99 if you cancel the payment they offer it to you again for half off. A few days go by and they charge you without warning or asking I guess just hoping you won’t notice the monthly charge.

No customer service apparently?

I had previously cancelled my subscription and then I was still charged the yearly subscription fee after that. Then I tried to cancel my subscription again but the site just told me that my subscription was already cancelled. Then why am I being charged? I emailed customer service 5 days ago and have heard nothing in return.
