Scammers By EUDINIAL I acquired a sensor, and they made three attempts to collect 99.99 from my account. The first collection was authorized by my bank, but subsequent attempts were made on the same day at the same time. Despite canceling a subscription that I did not sign up for, I have not received a refund from them. This lack of transparency and unethical behavior is reprehensible. Despite reaching out via email, no response was received from the company. If I could I would give them zero star. |

APP STEALS MONEY OFF THE BAT As soon as you receive device thinking you’re paying $20 they rip you with $99 for a subscription automatically even if you don’t ask for it. |

Refund By Gmk5250 I’m trying to get a refund on something I never used. They’re charging me $102.94 or something. I don’t even use. I canceled the subscription one week after I received the product and I’ve never used it but I got a bill today, I need someone to call me back or give me a phone number to customer service so I can talk to a real live person |

It’s ok By Medicalmama2 I’m tired of having to recalibrate every time I open the app. I do use it to track maintenance and I do travel frequently for my medically complex child. It has been helpful to be able to text my mechanic when the check engine has come on but $99/yr is steep for this mama but there is no other option if I want the codes or to track maintenance. |

THEY STEAL MONEY The device itself is a good tool for people who do not know much about their cars. But this company stole $100 from me when I bought the app claiming I bought a premium subscription that I NEVER received anything for. And they refuse to give me my money back after I told them I did not purchase or receive anything. If their system says I bought it then they MESSED UP because I did not purchase a single thing other than the device. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. |

Expensive and sneaky By BIG LISE The app is fine however after a while they just upgraded you to premium without notice and charge $99.99 if you cancel the payment they offer it to you again for half off. A few days go by and they charge you without warning or asking I guess just hoping you won’t notice the monthly charge. |

No customer service apparently? By PonyoFishy I had previously cancelled my subscription and then I was still charged the yearly subscription fee after that. Then I tried to cancel my subscription again but the site just told me that my subscription was already cancelled. Then why am I being charged? I emailed customer service 5 days ago and have heard nothing in return. |
