Parcel Pending was great until all of a sudden it takes literally forever for the locker to open. It used to be instantaneous. But now theres like a 10 sec delay that feels like an eternity.

Nice app , just please improve the access, each time I try to get access ask me for an email to confirm ,and once I add it nothing happens , so I need to re start the app log in

The app is bugged and quite useless as it refuses to let me register. It won’t accept my welcome code, asks me to enter my email, sends me a new code and again refuses to recognize it as a valid code. I’ve been going around in circles.

This app is horrible. It takes me in circles to get logged on. The website is not any better.

Every time I use the app to open the Parcel Pending door, it makes me send a verification to my email. It takes longer to send the email and complete the two-step verification then if if I just used the screen and keyboard

The app works okay once it works… Unfortunately there seems to be some issues with logging in that aren’t being fixed. For the last 4 years, if you try and open the app while having poor network coverage, it will decide you can’t log in and refuse to do so even when you have network coverage. It will log you out if you don’t have network coverage. It will refuse to log in once it’s decided you can’t, forcing you to force close the app. It does not work with apple Key Chain natively for autofill. It does not work with Apple Pay for payments (or even allow auto fill of saved credit cards) It does not work with 3rd party password managers. Average at best experience - for a company delivering a product to high end buildings, I would expect better than this.
