The app worked well so when they offered a Lifetime subscription, which was a single payment, I accepted it. But after the payment went through they kept charging me for a monthly subscription. When I asked for a refund on just the monthly, they cancelled my app access altogether and won’t give me my money back. It’s not a lot of money so I’ll live but it is a shame that both the app developer and Apple support were completely incompetent. They basically stole my money and said too bad, nothing we can do.
