It took 45 minutes to get a $45 refund! It was not even worth the time it took!
The restaurant ordered from was closed due to inclement weather but did not turn off the DoorDash order system so they kept accepting orders. I called DoorDash and they confirmed then canceled my order. I assumed this would trigger an immediate refund…WRONG! I waited a week then went onto the chat feature on the app, that person said I had to request a refund within 3 days! I said, I shouldn’t have to request a refund on an order YOU canceled! I asked to speak with a supervisor and was disconnected. I called the number, waited on the phone forever and the person on the phone processed my refund. They said it will take 8-10 days, I’m holding my breath 🙄

I have a near CONSTANT issue with DoorDash. I’m sat here, waiting over 3 hours for my order that was supposed to have already been delivered. Their solution? “We don’t assign dashers as they are randomly assigned. We can issue you a $5 credit to your account. Sorry for the delay.” How does THAT fix the issue? What you need to do is start implementing assigning dashers to orders. This is absolutely ridiculous! By the time my order arrives, it’ll no longer be breakfast time! (McDonald’s stops serving breakfast at 11 am.)

What I don’t understand is how you can place a order and be given a timeframe, only for DoorDash to assign another order for your driver to pick up and deliver before you ever receive yours. I guess they don’t believe in first come first served. They get 2 stars because it’s not always that terrible.

Putting in the addresses for store and delivery location is not clear and confusing

Thank you for your services they are very convenient but your company costs too much to be very practical. Maybe every 5th order you could knock off all the fees . Make your customers feel like you actually care . That is all . Thanks .

Door Dash has been consistent with the orders I have placed and appreciate the service they provide. Satisfied with the handle of food and times of deliveries.

This is unacceptable I didn't get my whole order and my order was giving to someone walking in the street which I seen and got it. I'm missing my drinks which cost me $12

Then when you complain they steal your membership fees and block your account. Evil corp.
