I tried to use a promotion code for an order, on the right restaurant, and it was still eligible for use, as I got an email saying I had a 50% off discount at any Pizza Hut. When it didn’t work, it said it wasn’t available at this location. Getting support from a support agent didn’t work either and they just said it wasn’t available anymore. I had only got the code the previous night, and somehow it had expired when the email stated it was valid for 7 days.
Uber Eats is better.

Very poor experience getting help. I got charged for an order I didn’t make and they didn’t believe and didn’t try to offer any solutions. No manners. They made the process quite difficult of deleting my account . Please don’t use DoorDash if you want helpful customer service when problems arise.

Very Easy to use app

Ever since I’ve downloaded this app I’ve noticed a $9.99 fee is taken from my account every month. Why?

The NZ service is rubbish… deliveries get dropped off at the wrong address and next comes a bunch of excuses and no accountability. Apparently, the driver delivered at the address the app showed (despite confirming my correct address) so if this is the case, be very concerned that there is a food delivery business who can’t accurately confirm coordinates. He wouldn’t go back and pick up our order to then work with us on ‘getting there’ Orewa, stay away. Absolutely useless!
