Works well enough. If you don’t mind not always getting notifications when your machine is done. Or having. To check the time and set your own timer because the app isn’t showing your active machines. Or having two machines of the same number and having to repeatedly press one of them, find out it’s the washer, not the dryer number, quit the app and start all over ad infinitum

The app works pretty good. A little slow at times, but always connects, and works great. Would be nice to have a family account option.

I using all the time. It’s very essy. Great app and service.

Easy and fastest way to do your laundry.

Very simple and easy to use. You will need a credit or debit card to add funds to wash and dry your items. It doesn't cost a whole lot just 1.50 a wash and 1.25 drying

App is convenient for payment but not easy to pick your wash preferences every time as after the payment it reset to normal cold wash & you can’t change it

Very happy with the service, but could have taught some of us to use their machine for others to show too.

This app is very disappointing. It doesn’t document the washer/dryer times correctly, it won’t connect to certain washer/dryers, and it crashes constantly.

They just installed these like three or four months ago in my building. Already broken. App doesn’t recognize your active machines. Nightmare.
