- poor customer service ( it’s basically non-existent)
- I couldn’t access my money in my account, couldn’t send it couldn’t convert it to dollars and now the app is showing a new experience on the way… for how many months now… once it’s back I’m deleting the account won’t recommend it to anyone cause it’s just worse than zenith
- 3 failed debits on your card and your card will be removed you have to pay to create another card! Like what happened to freezing the card? This has happened more than once and each time I’ve had to pay the 2/5 dollars to open a new card
- They should do better
