Love the app, but I’m not able to change how my pull list is arranged and would love to. Reverse alphabetical is driving me nuts.

I love this app, but for the past couple of days I can’t log in! I could log in one my friends phone but not on mine, even after deleting and re-installing it. Everytime I try it says something went wrong please try again. I would love some help to log in and this was the only way I knew of contacting you! Please let me know if there is a way to fix this
