- You may now own multiple homes and vehicles
- Childhood homes, real estate properties and vacation homes will appear under “All Properties” on the profile app
- Home and vehicle condition now encompasses all owned homes and vehicles, respectively
- If your home or vehicle condition drops to zero, you’ll lose one random home or vehicle, respectively
- “Move” decision has been split into “Move to a new town” and “Buy real estate”
- If you own multiple vehicle types, you’ll have an activity to interact with each one (EX: “Ride your motorcycle” and “Go for a drive” if you own a car and motorcycle)
- You can stay in your childhood home indefinitely, but if your family stat is red, your parents will insist you get your own place when you turn 18

- Each year, you’ll select one activity, one decision (optional), and one skill to train
- Skill training actions now indicate which skill will be leveled up
- The “Hire agent” decision has been removed, and the six Fame & Fortune careers are now mixed with the base game career menu
- The “Move towns” and “Buy real estate” decisions have been merged. You will now choose whether you want to move to a new town or just a new home.
