Release Time

I own a business and have been using this app, but primarily their website on my computer, for about 2 years now. I rarely log in on my phone, and now it tells me to use the "client app." I don't know why it would be telling me this. And, the client app is rated horribly! So why would I want to use that? Then it also tells me I have a squarespace account and I can log in with either. Except I've never had a squarespace account, and I don't even know what they are. So I can't log in at all.

I too used to love the app. Since the update it never goes to the right day. It also shows all my coworkers. My app will not save just viewing me. I always have to take them off and then find the correct day. Please go back to the way it was! **update, it's continually deleting my clients phone numbers and they don't get their reminder text!

OMG this new update is preventing me from making my appointments. I'm getting an error message but in the past I could over ride anytime because it's my schedule. I'm having to log out and log back in to set up an appointment. Please fix this thanks.

It's okay but I don't love it. There are certain features that can only be accessed via the website and the navigation just seems like it could be more intuitive. There are simple fixes that could make it more visually comfortable when looking at the week in landscape mode, the navigation bar on top and the dates take up almost 1/3 of the screen. I have my calendar synced to Google and I find myself switching between the two apps a lot in order to reference my schedule.

Update 6/12/24 Everything seems to be working so much better. Haven't really had any more issues. Update... 12/29/22. Still shuts down spontaneously. No updates since 3/2022!!! Very slow loading. I came here hoping there was an update available so I could fix this issue. I also just use it to quickly look at my schedule because you can't do much else with it. No integration apps show up in this app. I have to log into the site via web to do use all the features.
