Call quality in sometimes good, sometimes bad.

You guys need to fix this app asap, theres a beeping sound while I try to make a call and the other person when they answer they cannot hear me. I have to hang up and text instead. This happens with several android phones.

I've been a Magic Jack customer for years! Was quite happy with both the magic jack device and the app until today. I have a paid subscription! I switched phones and changed the password. Now I only get the message: "No active subscription" But I've already paid!!!! The website has NO help! Looking for a response from Magic Jack!!

It's probably more my error than you guys, I want to rings on the landline and I'm not near it I can never find it on the magicJack app on my phone on my cell phone so I can never answer while it's on my cell phone either
