application needs improvement like uper because today was my first time using karwa taxi everything was going smooth until I hit back button while I was waiting for the driver and that cancelled everything including trip details and payment method,luckily the driver arrived, definitely the application is not user friendly.

Unprofessional drivers for metro express. Rude and won't drop off on accurate locations. Service is really bad.
