	Terrible experience. They charge you automatically without even notifying you in advance. And of course no refunds given even if you ask them 10 minutes after payment (which they haven't informed you for). Terrible company. 	BEWARE!!!! RENEWALS OCCUR WITHOUT CONSULT AND THERE WILL BE NO REFUND!!!!!!! NOT WORTH THE MONEY AT ALL!!! I wish I would have read the reviews sooner. I've already observed challenges that I will have as the meals just are not practical for a mother of 3 small children. I cannot make so many separate dishes for them and me and all on a budget. 	UPDATE: After spending time with customer support's on the live chat feature in the app, I am back up and running!!! Great customer service! They stayed on with me for almost 45 min until we found a resolution Love the meals but it is time for my meal plan to renew and it just keeps spinning and saying my meal plan is on the way. 	I love this KETO CYCLE App because it makes a complicated meal regime for a beginner Keto eater, to being SO EASY. I'm impressed with the tasty range of meals. Love that I can change a meal if I desire. Also makes weight changes, exercise and mood responses so easy to stay on top of it all. It's a very supportive App....and it works!
