With version 1.46.0 I can't use the app for more than 2 months. I have to uninstall and re-install but after a while, it stops working. The sync process doesn't work every time, sometimes only when I access the app. |

I regret buying this watch. The app is not useful at all. The watch does not connect to the app. Watch battery died and lost time. To reset time I have to connect to the app, but since I cannot connect this means the watch is completely not usable. Also the watch has a tendency to switch off whilst I am running. I can stop at 1 or 2km, making it very irritating to use it for running. |

Bassically i have a CW500 device that often stops connecting to the app. Every time it does this i have to reinstall the app which is SO annoying. Other than that it's really good, it keeps track of everything. But yeah there's that bug. |

Auto direct app when I login or registration or anything this app is suks , disgusting experience, I believe this company before now I'm regret after buying decathlon smart watch because first time connect to app but now different country app stop working . |

At some point the apps stops synching - especially if the watch battery is exhausted completely. I needed to de-install the app from my mobile (Android based) and then install it again to get it synching. |

Disconnects from the watch several times a day and never reconnects. I have to reset the watch every time losing my progress for that day. Pretty useless. I'll save up for a garmin next time |

The app doesn't work, I've installed it on different phones, the app is not able to pass from the splash screen |
