crashes all the time. got fined by Deutsche Bahn when it failed to buy the ticket multiple times.

Thank you for the feedback. The crash statistics that Google records automatically are absolutely fine. Nevertheless, we would like to investigate your complaint - where do you experience crashes and how do they show up (is there an error message, does the app close, does the screen freeze)? Have you already contacted MVV's customer service?

Do not buy tickets through this app. Multiple times I've bought a ticket, the payment has gone through and then the app says "An error has occured" and doesn't give me the ticket in the app, so I have to buy another one.

Thank you for the review. There is no question that ticket purchases must always work reliably. If you have experienced problems with purchasing or displaying tickets, please contact the MVV customer service. Our colleagues can and will analyse the problem and certainly find a solution.

No UI/UX. Give users a map while purchasing tickets to understand the zones don't categorize and list them. Its a pain. Better icons, better colors reflecting the brand. A better and more minimal map so users can clearly see where their at, and better info hiearchy. The app needs an entire redesign. You made an app without thinking about usability. There are so many great ticket apps out there, some in Germany some outside. Take inspiration, you aren't engineering the worlds first ticket app.

Thank you for the detailed feedback. Our app is regularly reviewed for usability and generally performs quite well in benchmark tests. Nevertheless we take the criticism seriously and try to improve the app based on feedback. Buying tickets is easier if you use the trip planner, so the app shows the required fare zones and offers suitable tickets.

Can you please bring back the payments with Google pay Dutchland ticket?

Thank you for the feedback. Unfortunately, we are not yet able to initiate recurring payments with Google Pay and therefore can't offer payment with Google Pay for subscriptions (such as Deutschland-Ticket). However, we are in discussions with Google to make this possible in the future.
