Thank you for the review. There is no question that ticket purchases must always work reliably. If you have experienced problems with purchasing or displaying tickets, please contact the MVV customer service. Our colleagues can and will analyse the problem and certainly find a solution.

Thank you for the detailed feedback. Our app is regularly reviewed for usability and generally performs quite well in benchmark tests. Nevertheless we take the criticism seriously and try to improve the app based on feedback. Buying tickets is easier if you use the trip planner, so the app shows the required fare zones and offers suitable tickets.

Thank you for the feedback. Unfortunately, we are not yet able to initiate recurring payments with Google Pay and therefore can't offer payment with Google Pay for subscriptions (such as Deutschland-Ticket). However, we are in discussions with Google to make this possible in the future.

Vielen Dank für die Bewertung. Systemseitig erfolgt ein Logout aus Sicherheitsgründen nur bei Systemupdates oder nach längerer Zeit der Inaktivität. Sie können sich aber dann ja unmittelbar wieder einloggen, welche Probleme gab es denn? Darkmode- und Spracheinstellungen folgen in unserer App - wie von Android empfohlen - den Systemeinstellungen.

Vielen Dank für die Bewertung. Das D-Ticket wurde sehr kurzfristig eingeführt - für die Softwarehäuser eine Herausforderung, die u.E. aber gut gelungen ist. Sicherlich kann man (und werden wir) einen Kündigungsbutton nachreichen. Da es dazu bisher kaum Feedback gab, haben wir die Prioritäten bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer App anders gesetzt.
