I lost my bag last monday at flight XY264 from Cairo to Riyadh at 10:50 a.m. Customer services are very bad and lazy It's a bad try to travel with them |

the app is a crashing disappointment! try be on the check in counter, trying to show your boarding pass and the app keeps crashing. not to mention not showing your boarding pass or being in shock of who you are! it's just ridiculous how an app that suppose to facilitate easier travel makes it more difficult |

اسوأ خدمة واسوأ معاملة والشنط اتقطعت وعملت محضر بقاله اسبوع ولا اي شخص عبرني بعت لهم واتساب قمة التجاهل ، شنطة لسة زيروا اول سفرية اتفرتكت والاسوأ عدم الرد وعدم التواصل والاهتمام ومش هركبها لا أنا ولا ولادي ولا أقاربي ولا اي حد اعرفه هقوله انكم اسوأ شركة طيران ولا تهتموا بالعميل ولا مشاكله ولا بتحلوا اخطاكم انا مش شهص بفتعل مشكلة عشان اخد تعويض انتوا افسدتم شئ وعليكم إصلاحه سلام |

I had very bad exprince when I upgraded my flight into premium class. The email sent by the FLYNAS promised that upgradding woulb give me an extra luggage and will provide access to nas miles lounge. Unfourtunatly the access to the lounge was not allowed for international flights and the front office empolyee tried to get 450 rials for the second bag. Very bad experience |
