Had a great pleasure interacting with support of private line. I encountered a problem where my Google account showed a package for 3mons I bought under subscription but my application wasn't reading it... I went to support and explained my issue. They calmly listed to my request and forwarded it to engineering team. Guess what, It got resolved in just 5 working days approx. Really happy with the services. I'm an old user... Quality of call Nd text were always good! Keep it up! |

Took my money for a $44 description even though I deleted the app. I want a refund for an app that doesn't even work well to begin with. |
