Rip off service, blame RTE when it goes down (then state its the weather even though their own website/network was down), regardless of the amount of time its down, they cannot provide a reliable service (rubbish quality picture compared to terrestrial broadcast, using a 4k shield android box with 1gb connection), treats customers as if they are stupid, disgraceful company. will no longer support them

Paid for a match but wouldn't let me access. When I emailed the gaago support., I was told it wasn't their problem even though I showed them a screenshot of the money gone out of my bank account. Shocking service
