Not able to connect with google play games to access the old progress. It just loads and nothing happens.

It won't delete

Game won't let me access the next island, it says I need to rescue all adults before I can access the next island but I've completed all islands. Very frustrating, please resolve this issue!!

Now Turtle 🐢 is not coming so we can't complete the collection of all animals and in swirl there's lot of issues pls. Make sure that turtle 🐢 event does come frequently.
