There are a lot of tools in this app but the lessons could be done better. As it is, it serves better as a companion app with your therapist. If solo, many of the exercises are shown out of context of the lessons or assuming you already have some knowledge of what's going on. As someone with a therapist that doesn't use the app, I like the exercises as they help me organize my thoughts but it is pretty expensive based on that perspective. I could also never get the email summary report to work.

This is a cool app, and has been nice for recording my mood and thought patterns over time. I do think it would be cool to access some analytics without having to do in-app purchases. It would be very beneficial to see my progress over time and trends in specific emotions, without having to analyse those kinds of things myself. The app currently has a bug where I can't sign in, using my email or Google account.

"I have been using this app for months now and I really love it. It has a lot of CBT exercises which are helpful. Even in the free version it has plenty of journal and meditation options. Highly recommend it!" (Posted in May, 2022) 2 years later and this review still stands.
