This app would get 0 stars if that was an option. I have lost track of how many times I have installed and uninstalled this app , and it continously crashes. What a shame that this even has the name Vivitar on it. They should call it Crapitar Dumb Insecurity 2 app. This is a complete waste of money.

Shuts down, unable to use smart products associated with this application

App is unusable. It crashes about 5 seconds in to loading it. I suspect due to memory management as I only have a mid range phone not high end.

No wonder this was on sale. This thing is trash, you can't use the app. And it seems you can't fully use this item with the app. It constantly crashes. I only have had it for 24hrs! I will give it a few more day, and if it isn't resolved, I will return this.

I have three Vivitar cameras and 4 outlets and recently found out that the original app for Android is not working. It said to use Vivitar Smart Security 2. It doesn't work either because it keeps crashing. Yes, I've cleared the cache, cleared the data, uninstalled the program and reinstalled. No change. Keeps crashing within 10 seconds. You guys need to fix this ASAP. I have quite an investment in your products, but THEY DON'T WORK WITH MY PHONE NOW.

App was great for a while now it keeps crashing within 30 seconds and says to clear cache. Done that and reinstalled app still not working

App does not work. Keeps closing after opening app. I've cleared cache, un-installed and reinstalled a couple of times and still does not work. You hwy what you pay for.
