Terrible customer service, I've been emailing their customer service team in Austria back and forth for the past week, and they refuse to tell me where I can take my Nespresso machine to get repaired. Only suggesting phone call troubleshooting and pick up service. Phone calls won't help, and I don't have time to wait all day for them to come and pick up the machine.

Always end up using the website because you can't do what you need to do in the app. And tbh the website is pretty rubbish too.

Not quite intuitive but functional.

Nice app make it easy to order new flavor on the go. One thing I hate is that they remove the paypal option payment but its still on the website... I wonder if its a mistake. Please bring it back in the next update.
