I have purchased 1 year premium plan, but I am not able to send messages. I have mailed several times but not getting a response from them Please resolve my issue

I am honestly very pissed. I paid for premium because I wanted to use the app for phone number extraction on WhatsApp and bulk message sending. After paying, found out the 2 features are not available as they claimed. I need an immediate refund please.
