Quite bad experience

It's was the great app I been used for years till I went to China last December to find out that line can't be use there

Line keeps suspending accounts without notice or explanation. I do not know what I did wrong or how long my account is suspended. Support says no further assistance or explanation is possible. My friends and landlord are unable to see my messages. For some friends I only have the contact on Line. It took me one week to notice nobody is getting my messages. The lack of support and communication is extremely disheartening.
