National Information Technology Board è il partner tecnologico per l'app Pass Track. L'applicazione è stata sviluppata sotto la bandiera del Ministero della tecnologia dell'informazione e delle telecomunicazioni, Islamabad, Pakistan.

Inizialmente l'applicazione Pass Track mirava a tracciare i viaggiatori che arrivavano nella Repubblica islamica del Pakistan contro la vaccinazione e i sintomi correlati al covid 19. Dopo il fruttuoso esito di questa applicazione e la riduzione dei casi di Covid 19 al minimo, la funzione di tracciamento contro la vaccinazione e i sintomi relativi a covid 19 è stato rimosso dall'applicazione.

Questa applicazione ora è solo per la dichiarazione di valuta per qualsiasi utente intende viaggiare da / per il Pakistan. È obbligatorio per i passeggeri in partenza per tutti i paesi ad eccezione dell'Afghanistan, che trasportano valuta estera superiore a 5.000 USD o equivalente, o qualsiasi articolo proibito o soggetto a restrizioni, presentare una dichiarazione come notificato S.R.O.1864(I)/2022 del 10.10.2022. Le persone che si recano in Afghanistan dovranno presentare una dichiarazione di valuta in loro possesso. Allo stesso modo, i passeggeri in arrivo che trasportano valuta estera superiore a 10.000 USD o equivalente, o qualsiasi articolo proibito o soggetto a restrizioni, devono presentare una dichiarazione di valuta. Un modulo di dichiarazione di valuta (CDF) è pertanto disponibile sul sito Web di WeBOC (www.weboc.gov.pk).

Ora anche il sistema di dichiarazione della valuta della dogana pakistana è stato integrato con l'applicazione Pass Track per facilitare la dichiarazione e un comodo accesso globale per i viaggiatori. I viaggiatori possono accedere alla dichiarazione di valuta tramite l'applicazione Pass Track. Faciliterà i viaggiatori poiché il modulo di dichiarazione è stato reso disponibile sia in urdu che in inglese.
