The staff support takes too long to reply to any problem cleans rarely come

Locked out

At first I really liked the app until a few days ago it locked me out of nowhere and now I can’t invoice my client for a job that I just did. No one contacts you back and I sent emails and texts
This is terrible

This company is terrible to work for

I am a top cleaner in WA and they wrongfully charged a client $1,000 and had to refund them. This client refused to pay me over the app due to mistrust and paid me in cash. I reported this and took my pay and they keep taking my tips for "client fees".

Great App

Very great at the cleaners. Only downside is canceling jobs can be a little frustrating. Other than that this is a great app.

This app won’t allow me to claim jobs

I have great reviews and could do well however this app won’t allow me to claim new jobs and I have requested help and got nothing. Shame on this app.

Poorly Managed

No phone number to call when issues come up. An email will be sent and have to wait for a response at their leisure. I’ve tolerated their abuse for almost a year now so I can have a flow of jobs. They lie! They steal my earnings! They delete my future jobs entered! They block my repeated customers from my profile to select me as their cleaner. They block jobs when I change my fees based on inflation. They have stolen jobs and assign another cleaner without informing me or getting my approval. This is a poorly managed platform. They undermine me as an independent contractor and try and dictate my services. Unacceptable!!!

Top cleaner, very disappointed

I’m one of the top cleaners for Homeglow. I am constantly getting snubbed by Homeglow.
I had a customer cleaning at 10 AM on 6/27/24 in the morning. I called 2 nights before to confirm the cleaning. She never responded to my phone calls. I then called at least 3 times the day before, and 5 times the morning before the appointment , no response from the client. I still made the attempt to go to the client’s home to do the cleaning.
There was some confusion about parking and where her apartment was, but I made it to the location and still got no access from the client. I continue to call the client with no answer and I text several times letting her know that she needs to cancel the appointment if she has no intention of responding. The Homeaglow Text message responded that she can’t receive text messages at this time. So I was stuck as I waited 18 minutes before I got back in my car in her parking garage and waited an additional 5 minutes to see if I was going to get a response from her.
Still no response.
Homeglow issued a $40 credit because the client did not respond…. I find today after I completed a job that Homeaglow decided to deduct the $40 that they’ve given me credit for from that missed job. I’ve submitted them proof that I was at the clients location by sending screenshots of all the missed phone calls and text messages as well as the parking garage and, the apartment complex. This is my final time putting up with this nonsense from Homeglow.
This is the second time Homeglow has processed a refund after paying me what was due to me from Customer neglect.
Their 24 to 48 hour response is unacceptable. Not to mention the instant pay charges that they charge you for the services that we provide.
