I paid the supposed 7.99 for ad free and they charged me 50.00. Now I need to file a dispute with my bank.

I purchased the 30 day VIP pass about two weeks ago. The pass includes three reward tickets every day for the 30 days. On July 4, July 6, and July 9, July 10 2024. I did not receive the three reward tickets. I did on the other days but not on those three. There seems to be no way to get in touch with this developer to report issues so I’m leaving a negative review here. I like the game, but I feel the developer needs to be fair to the consumer and deliver what the consumer purchases and honor what they sell.

I love how you can actually enjoy this game with no adds!

Great game. What is the point of getting 15 coins for each level passed. I can find both to use the coins for.

I’m 69 years old. I play to relax not be on a timer, that just stresses me more. It would be nice to have the option to stop the timer. I don’t play to go here or there and win this or that just a nice game that I could relax and play would be nice.

I really enjoy this! And as I grow closer to 70 I think it’s helping my brain!

UPDATE: Still unable to play, & haven’t heard one word from the staff… SOO, what’s the point ?? DELETING the game. Too bad, I enjoyed it while it was working.
Last few days, I’m unable to get the daily rewards & nothing happens when I hit “play.” Unable to play the game, at all! Please fix this !

*Update to my previous review now with 2 stars: I do still enjoy it, HOWEVER, there’s no way to reach support. When I reach the fill line to earn a new rope pattern, it’s always the same one. For hundreds of levels now, it asks me to claim the same reptile type printed rope and none of the others that are still locked. The images on the rope ends selection screen don’t match the actual item and I don’t even know how you unlock more. I wouldn’t spend on this game at all since there’s zero support. If something went wrong, you’re just screwed. Also there’s still nothing to buy with coins so I don’t know why we are awarded these at the end of each round.*
Old review which I initially gave 4 stars: I enjoy it, even when the physics make no sense. I really don’t know why you win coins after each level as there’s absolutely nothing to spend them on.

Why are the ads over 60 seconds??? That’s too long to watch something you’re not remotely interested in watching!!!!!!!!!!!
