    Toate programele de antrenament abs au fost elaborate de către antrenori profesioniști de fitness și împărțiți în două niveluri de dificultate:

    - Începător - pentru persoanele care încep cu activitățile fizice
    - Avansat - pentru experți gata să se testeze singuri
    - Greu - pentru sportivi cu experiență gata să se testeze singuri.

    Formarea unui obicei bun durează 21 de zile, de aceea fiecare program de antrenament abdominal este eficient timp de trei săptămâni pentru a face din activitatea fizică o parte integrantă a vieții tale și pentru a te ajuta să ai forma dorită.
