God awful experience with this service, if could rate it negative 5 starts I would. no power assist from the bike, climb function did not work at all, couldn't park within 2km of where I was going, and no mapping function that could find that would get me back to an in service area.

Scam your money without your approval. Banned this apps.

The app is so slow. It takes many minutes to lock. The scooter is also much slower compared to other brands.

Unreliable, often doesn't scan bike QR codes, or locks up when opening. Annoying. Had to restart phone to use.

My girlfriend couldn't set up a payment method despite numerous attempts and uninstalling and reinstalling the app didn't help so that was a let down but overall pretty good experience. Plenty of bikes and parking locations as well in Costa Calma.

Even when I take the time to park in designated parking areas in the app's designated area, RideMovi often charges me 6€. Has happened several times. The rates are already expensive. Enough
